REI experts have experience in the construction industry and have investigated the cause of various roof system failures. REI has experience with most types of roof systems with some the most common being shingle, metal, EPDM, PVC, flat, pitched, built-up, mod-bit etc. Each type of roof will have specific characteristics which are critical to understand their function and failure modes.
